Update of 2 October 2026
OBSERVATION
The fee schedule needed a current court-fee figure for probate applications.
SUGGESTION
The new site shows £526 for estates over £5,000, in the fee table and in the instant estimator.
THINKING
It is the figure GOV.UK publishes today, so clients see the same number everywhere.

BEFORE | Current Wills and Probate page: no court fee quoted

AFTER | New probate fee schedule with the £526 court fee

OBSERVATION
Your current Wills and Probate page says the firm no longer offers a will-writing service.
SUGGESTION
The new Wills, Trusts and Estate Administration page leaves will drafting out and keeps probate, intestacy, powers of attorney and trusts.
THINKING
It keeps the new site consistent with your own statement. If will writing returns, it can be added back in one line.

AFTER | New Wills, Trusts and Estate Administration section

OBSERVATION
Your current footer shows 020-311-42158 for office hours and a mobile number for out of hours.
SUGGESTION
The new site uses 020 3114 2158 in the header, footer and contact details, so every page gives the same number.
THINKING
One number is easier for clients to remember and call, and it is the number you already publish.

BEFORE | Current footer: 020-311-42158 and a mobile number

AFTER | New header: one main number, 020 3114 2158

OBSERVATION
Family and Immigration each have their own page on your current site.
SUGGESTION
Both now sit inside Practice Areas, using your own wording, and are linked from the homepage and the department filter.
THINKING
Clients looking for these services find them in the same place as every other department.

BEFORE | Current Family/Children page

AFTER | New Family section inside Practice Areas

OBSERVATION
Your current pages invite visitors to a free 30-minute consultation, and to a free 15-minute one for immigration.
SUGGESTION
The offer would sit prominently on the new site. Please confirm which length applies, and one wording will be used across every page.
THINKING
A clear, consistent offer is one of the most effective ways to turn a visit into a call.

BEFORE | Current page: free 30-minute consultation

AFTER | New enquiry area, where the offer will sit

OBSERVATION
Your current site has a Contact page, a Privacy Policy and an Anti-Slavery Policy.
SUGGESTION
All three carry across to the new site using your existing text, linked from the footer.
THINKING
Keeping them means nothing you already publish is lost in the move.

BEFORE | Current Privacy Policy page

AFTER | New footer, where the policy links will sit

OBSERVATION
Your footer shows "Copyright 2022" beneath your company and registered-office details.
SUGGESTION
It now reads "© 2026 Ezran Law Limited" and keeps the company number and registered office you already show, in a tidier layout.
THINKING
GOV.UK says a limited company must show its registered number, registered office address, where it is registered, and that it is a limited company on its website. Your details already do this, so they are kept and the year is refreshed.

BEFORE | Current footer: Copyright 2022

AFTER | New footer: 2026, same company details

OBSERVATION
Your current site invites enquiries by telephone only.
SUGGESTION
The new enquiry form opens the visitor's own email, addressed to info@ezranlaw.co.uk, with their details filled in. Later it can be connected directly to your inbox or case system.
THINKING
Visitors can reach you at any hour, and you receive every enquiry in an inbox you already use.

AFTER | New online enquiry form

OBSERVATION
Your current team page lists people without a consistent job title.
SUGGESTION
Each solicitor now has a profile card with a title and specialism. Please send the exact wording you prefer for each person.
THINKING
Clients choose a solicitor by role and specialism, so clear titles help them reach the right person first time.

AFTER | New solicitor cards, each with a title

OBSERVATION
Complaints, compliance and regulatory details are spread across several pages.
SUGGESTION
A single Regulatory page now gathers the complaints procedure, Legal Ombudsman information, insurance and anti-money-laundering notes. The wording can be tuned together.
THINKING
One page makes it simple for clients to find, and simple for you to keep up to date.

AFTER | New Regulatory information page

OBSERVATION
Your current site does not publish indicative prices.
SUGGESTION
The new Price and Service Transparency page includes an instant estimator. The amounts are illustrative; please send your current fee schedule so the real figures can be loaded.
THINKING
Clear pricing builds trust early, and it saves your team answering the same pricing questions by phone.

BEFORE | Current Conveyancing page: no indicative prices

AFTER | New instant fee estimator

OBSERVATION
Your current team page presents everyone side by side, without a clear lead.
SUGGESTION
The new Solicitors page opens with director Jack Zeckler, followed by his colleagues, so visitors see who leads the firm straight away.
THINKING
Clients like to know who leads the firm and who they will deal with; opening with a director answers both at once.

AFTER | New Solicitors page, led by director Jack Zeckler

OBSERVATION
Your current site is a single light design.
SUGGESTION
The new site is tested on iPhone, iPad, MacBook, desktop PC and iMac, in a light and a dark version, with a menu and calculator tuned for each size.
THINKING
Most visitors arrive on a phone, so every page is built to feel as good there as on a desktop.
